Position Title:  Executive Assistant
Location:  Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), 6472 Integrity Ct , Maryland, 21005
 
Job Summary:
 
Tutulu, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Executive Assistant position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. 
 
The Executive Assistant manages senior leadership calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, briefings, and stakeholder communications while coordinating events, tracking priority requirements and deadlines, and ensuring daily activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and confidentially.
Skills/Experience Required:
 
• Active Secret Clearance
• At least 5 years of experience providing executive level administrative support.
• Provide exceptional administrative and operational support to senior Army leadership, enabling efficient management of daily activities and priorities.
• Manage complex calendars and schedule and coordinate meetings with a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating travel and preparing executive correspondence.
• Synchronize and update events and activities for inclusion on leadership schedules.
• Prepare and review executive correspondence, memoranda, and other documents for correct formatting and administrative completeness before Government review and signature.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
• Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for senior officials, including coordinating travel, preparing itineraries, providing directions and location information, and coordinating visit details with organizations and installations.
• Assist with briefings, reports, and presentations, including coordinating, maintaining, and archiving presentation and briefing materials.
• Coordinate meeting, event, and engagement logistics, including scheduling and follow-on coordination for directorate-level and leadership engagements.
• Manage and track internal taskers, suspense items, requirements, and deliverables while balancing competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting and editing documents for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate proactive and independent problem-solving, sound judgment, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail to support effective decision-making and mission execution aligned with Army priorities and objectives.
 

Requirements

Education/Certifications
 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Three or more years of relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

Security Clearance
 
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
 
 
Physical Requirements
 
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
